Day of Service

$1,100.00 - Manage all Day-Of activities
. Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
. Create Wedding Day timeline
. Distribute approved timeline to vendors
. Direct Ushers with seating and program
  distribution.
. Coordinate with banquet captain
   regarding set-up compliance of flr plan
.  Review Banquet Event Order
.  Communicate with vendors venue policy
   on set-up, loading and tear down
.  Review all signed vendor contracts
.  Facilitate guest to sign guest book
.  Line and cue wedding party to walk 
   down aisle
.  Gather wedding party and family for
   pictures
.  Coordinate all reception activities
   (1.e. toast, first dance, bouquet and
   garter toss)
.  Collect guest book, toasting glasses,
   cake and knife server at end of night
.  Coordinate with musicians/DJ to
   cue wedding party processional
.  Coordinate with musicians/DJ to
   facilitate couples grand entrance
.  Forward final payments and 
   gratuities to vendors

$1,800 - For the couple who wants to be
                 more hands on in the planning,
                 but needs technical assistance
                 and Day-Of Management
.  Constant communication for
   professional advice and guidance with
   unlimited access via, email, text or phone
.  Collaborate with client to define wedding
    theme
.  Budget preparation
.  Design Development
.  Vendor recommendations for rentals and
    professional services
.   Create Day-Of timeline
.   Review final vendor contracts
.   Provide recommendations for wedding
    party favors
.   Attend menu tasting
.   Review Banquet Event Order

Consulting
$80.00 - By the hour consultations. $80 per 
                  hour with a minimum of (3) hours
                  of planning for DIY couples who 
                   need strategic assistance.
Hourly
$80.00 - Booked in (2) hour minimum
                  blocks for services related to
                   decor and design.

Full Service

$5,200 - For the couple who wants the

                 Planner to handle all details from

                 design, securing rentals, venue

                  and vendor selection, budget 

                  preparation and complete            

                  execution of the event.

.  Confirm all vendor orders and quantities
